Yelm, Washington – the perfect location for Bella Housa Village.

When you visit, you’ll immediately understand that this is a small, quiet community. It is peaceful with a touch of “country”, evidenced by nearby fields of livestock, horses and other wildlife. As its motto promises, Yelm truly is “The Pride of the Prairie.”

While Yelm features its share of great shops, restaurants, and services, thankfully, this is not the big city. Yet, we are close enough! We are located just 60 minutes from the culture and entertainment of Seattle, and only 15 minutes from Olympia, the state capital. The Amtrak train station is 12 minutes from your front door, and Providence St. Peter Hospital recently announced the development of a brand new 35,000 square foot medical center in town.

But you don’t need to travel to enjoy the many great amenities within Yelm. Tahoma Valley Golf Course is right down the street, a well-manicured 18-hole facility that recently added a new club house and restaurant of its own. Plus, the Nisqually River runs right past Yelm on its way to nearby Puget Sound, offering wondrous fishing opportunities.

The schools are excellent, and we enjoy a wide array of community events. Our city has a strong history of working together toward a number of progressive endeavors.

Bella Housa enjoys the generally mild temperatures of the great Pacific Northwest. Average daytime temperatures are seldom over 80 degrees in the summer or below 40 degrees in the winter. We receive a minimal amount of snowfall.

To some, Bella Housa is the perfect “lock and go” community. It’s safe and secure, and our 52-home development fosters a neighborhood where people know and look out for each other. When you do choose to travel away from Bella Housa, don’t be surprised to say to yourself, “I can’t wait to get back home.”
